• Peer assessment ratings (if you invite colleagues)

• Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging

3. Why we collect this data

• Waitlist: to notify you when early access opens and to communicate about the product (legal basis: consent)
• Assessment data: to provide the self-assessment and organizational diagnostic service (legal basis: contractual necessity)
• Analytics: to understand how the website is used and improve it (legal basis: consent, via cookie banner)
• Server logs: to maintain security and diagnose technical issues (legal basis: legitimate interest)

4. Where your data is stored

All data is processed and stored within the European Union:

• Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU)
• Email delivery: Resend, EU region (eu-west-1)
• Website hosting: Vercel, edge network with EU presence
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (data may be processed in the US under Google’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification)

Essential cookies

Required for the website and application to function. These include authentication session cookies and cookie consent preferences. No consent required.

Analytics cookies (optional)

Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set if you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner. You can change your preference at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Data retention

• Waitlist data: retained until we launch the product or you request deletion, whichever comes first
• Assessment data: retained for as long as your account is active. Historical assessments are kept to enable time-series tracking and growth measurement.
• Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics defaults (14 months)
• Server logs: retained for up to 30 days

7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing at any time
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (UOOU)

8. Third-party processors

• Anthropic PBC — AI-powered assessment interviews (see section 13)

9. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest (Supabase), row-level security policies in the database, and access controls limiting who can view data. Assessment data is isolated per organization at the database level.

10. Children

productcreator.ai is a B2B professional tool. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

13. AI-powered assessments

AI model used

Our AI assessment feature uses Claude, a large language model developed by Anthropic PBC. The AI conducts behavioral interviews and suggests competency ratings based on conversation transcripts.

Data processed

• Conversation transcript (your questions and answers during the AI interview)
• Competency ratings suggested by the AI based on the transcript
• Confidence scores for each rating

Purpose and limitations

The AI assessment is a personal development and self-awareness tool. It does NOT make employment decisions. AI-generated ratings are advisory suggestions to support your professional growth — they are not binding evaluations.

Data storage

Assessment data (transcripts and ratings) is stored in our Supabase database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Conversation data is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing during the interview but is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes.

Deletion

You can request deletion of all AI assessment data (transcripts, ratings, and associated records) at any time by emailing hello@productcreator.ai.

GDPR Art. 22 compliance

The AI assessment is an advisory tool that supports self-development. It does not constitute automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects under GDPR Art. 22. The AI provides suggested ratings which you can review, and human review (via the expert assessment service) is available. No employment, hiring, firing, promotion, demotion, or compensation decisions should be based solely on AI assessment results.
